What ships today. What does not.
Two tools on one engine: a Quote Studio for commercial proposals and a Modeler for 8,760-hour sizing and resilience. Both run in your browser, $0 during early access, with no account. Engine 3.0.0.

Quote Studio
- Commercial solar, storage, wind and gas generation against a tariff you can inspect: flat or TOU energy, monthly demand, fixed charges, exports
- Lifetime cash flow, simple payback and site $/kWh at 5, 10, 15 and 20 years, with a loan or lease view
- Pinned scenarios saved on your device, and a printable proposal
Modeler
- 8,760-hour dispatch re-run for every project year, with four off-grid controllers and grid-connected operation
- Sizing search with hard constraints, a robust mode and a Pareto set; up to three pinned designs compared side by side
- Sensitivity sweeps, outage survival, seeded component failure and repair, historical weather-year risk
- Optional REopt cross-check through the NLR API, and URDB tariff import
Evidence and exports
- Hourly CSV, cash-flow CSV and a JSON run package with inputs, provenance, outputs and an input fingerprint
- Share links that carry the whole project in the URL fragment; autosave in your browser
- Published equations, data sources and model boundaries
API and calculators
- POST /api/v1/simulate (open beta): the same engine by reference-case key or a complete project, validated against an OpenAPI 3.1 contract
- Free calculators for solar production, payback, quotes, rates and EV charging, and the Solar Atlas
From a postal code to an export
Start
Open a reference case, type a postal code, or bring your own 8,760-hour load CSV or interval meter data.
Size
Edit the design and watch the results update, or run the sizing search against your constraints.
Review
Inspect every hour of dispatch, the cash flow and each constraint. Pin up to three designs and compare them.
Export
Download the hourly CSV and the run package, or send a share link. The same inputs reproduce the same outputs.

| Item | Status | Where it stands |
|---|---|---|
| PVGIS and NASA POWER in the app | In the engine, not yet in the UI | The resource chain that falls back from PVWatts to PVGIS and NASA POWER is implemented and tested; the Modeler does not call it yet. |
| Accounts and shared projects | Not started | Today projects live in your browser and travel as files or share links. There are no accounts, team workspaces or single sign-on. |
| Multi-site portfolio runs | Not started | Sweeps run one site at a time. Screening a portfolio of sites in one job is not available. |
| Equipment-specific catalogs | Partner validation | Models use generic, editable PV, storage, wind and generator inputs. Brand catalogs wait on validated manufacturer data. |
| Subhourly dispatch and power flow | Not started | The engine is hourly and single-bus. It is not a power-flow, protection or stability tool. |
